Quality ISO 9001: 2008

Highscope Engineering has established, documented, implemented & maintained a quality management system and continually improves its effectiveness, covering the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. Highscope Engineering has been certified through the Quality Registrar System and has been accredited to ASCB (E) for ISO 9001:2008.

All our control panel designs, and software development go through a quality-controlled process where, at every stage, the internally generated documents are submitted to the client or consultant for their review and comments. Only upon incorporating the client comments and receiving the approved documents from the client do we proceed with the fabrication of our products. All our panels and projects are accompanied by the MRB (Manufacturing Record Book) and the IOM (Instruction and Operating Manual) as standard practice. We also maintain a detailed document transmittal for every project that we execute.

This Quality Policy outlines the framework for effective Quality Management throughout “Highscope Engineering FZC” in accordance with applicable international standards, ISO 9001:2015, legislation, and contractual obligations, and to satisfy the applicable requirements of its customers, stakeholders, and interested parties.

This commits us to the following obligations:

  • Enhance customer satisfaction by providing the best services that meet the needs and exceed the expectations of its customers.
  • Updating and monitoring the Quality Management System with a view to continually improving it.

Safety Policy
At Highscope, we make sure that our organization is a safe place and that the environment, facilities, equipment, and substances are subject to safe systems of work to prevent risks to health or safety. It is our policy to ensure that safety is a line management responsibility. We conduct periodic meetings to monitor the effectiveness of our safety policy. We also educate and train our new employees to maintain an ongoing safe working environment in our firm before they begin their duty.

We promote personal responsibility to avoid and prevent health hazards and injuries to themselves and others who may be affected by their acts or omissions, and to cooperate with the organization to comply with its duties, requirements, and statutory obligations.
